If you subscribed via the Fiit website
Please contact [email protected] and we'll cancel your membership for you. 

If you subscribed via the App Store
You must cancel membership your Apple Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad: 

  • Launch the Settings app

  • Tap iTunes and App Store 

  • Tap on your Apple ID

  • Tap View Apple ID when the popup window appears

  • Enter your Apple ID password or fingerprint ID when prompted

  • Tap subscriptions 

  • Tap Fiit to cancel your membership 

Your subscription renewal date can be found in the Profile section of the app. 

If you joined via the website, you must notify us that you wish to cancel at least 72 hours before your membership renewal date. You will continue to have access to Premium until your membership renewal date.

If you subscribed via The Gym Group

To cancel your Fiit membership add-on, you can do so anytime via your member area available at https://www.thegymgroup.com/member-area.
