Fiit offers three studios (Cardio, Strength and Rebalance) with four levels of classes: entry level, beginner, intermediate and advanced. All Fiit membership plans give you access to unlimited classes in all three studios. Class names relate to their structure or format — which have specific outcomes for the body and mind. You do not need to take classes in numerical order.
On the 11th Feb 2019 we launched Resistance Training which includes 19 classes. These classes will incorporate resistance bands to intensify your workout - it targets muscles that normal bodyweight training doesn’t! The classes use Short Loop, Long loop and Thera Bands.
Fitness goal: For high intensity classes to burn calories and increase stamina. See your heart rate on screen and keep it in the target zone to score Fiit Points.
