You are able to login to the app easily with our quick login link.
If you haven't yet joined or wish to use 'Fiit for Free'
Download the Fiit app from the App Store or Google Play.
Tap - Join for free - using either Apple, Google or just with your email.
Enter your email and tap 'verify email' - you will be sent an email to the address you entered and asked to verify your email.
Your log in link will be in your email inbox, tap 'Log In' and you will automatically enter the Fiit App.
If you are already a member / have joined a subscription or free trial
After joining a subscription via our website, download the Fiit app from the App Store or Google Play.
Tap “Already a member? Log in”
Enter the email address you used when signing up.
Tap “Send me quick login link” to receive a unique link via email, or choose to log in via your Apple / Google email (this MUST be the same email as your Fiit account)
If you prefer to create a password
Follow the same steps above to send your email a log in link :
iOS device
Tap the “log in now” button linked in the email
The Fiit app will open automatically
Once in the app, you can create a password or change your password by going to Profile > Settings Cog > Your Details > Scroll down to Change password - here you can change or create a password.
Android device, you will need to open the email via a laptop/desktop computer, where you'll be prompted create a password, then follow the log in flow with the account email and password.
Note; The login link can take a few moments. If you don’t receive your quick login link, please check your junk/spam folder, delete and reinstall the app and try again. If you are still having trouble, contact [email protected] for help.
If you have signed up to Fiit with the same details associated with your Apple/Play Store, you can select "Log in with Apple/Playstore" where you'll be able to enter your password. Voila!
If you have a free subscription via The Gym Group
You can use your email address and TGG PIN to access the app!
Download the Fiit app from the App Store or Google Play.
Tap “Already a member? Log in”
Enter the email address associated with your TGG account
Select "Sign in with The Gym"
Enter the email address and PIN associated with your TGG account.
