These are your All time stats since joining, by minutes, Kcal Burn, Average BPM and the total number of classes taken.
​Weekly overview - How many classes you have taken this week with the ability to edit your weekly class goal.
​Challenge Trophies - Here is your trophy cabinet
​Streaks - View your current daily and weekly streak totals

​ACTIVITY
This is your library of completed classes tap each one for further breakdowns, you can filter your completed activity by Classes / Training Plans / Challenges

Here are your stored favourites by Class and Trainer.

How to Manage your account in your Profile Tab.

Your account - You can manage your account, payments and cancel here.
​Membership - view your current membership and renewal date
​Manage : Tap this to change your payment card or cancel your account. For more information on cancelling see HERE
​Link account - Here you can link your account with your socials, or The Gym Group.
​Notification Preferences - activate or opt out of notifications, push messages and emails.
​About you - manage your personal details, contact details and password - Please note in iOS you will see 'Delete account' this is a GDPR requirement and will erase your whole account, any data, correspondence, payments which we cannot get back! Do not delete if you have an active account.
​To change your email address - Please contact us
​Connect - Here you can connect to TV and Health apps.
​Workout Preferences - Here you can manage class music, workout reminders and haptics and sounds you hear in the app.
