I am Free member

Head to the website and select our Essential or Unlimited subscription from as little as £7.99 a month.

We have Monthly and Yearly options to suit your budget.

I am an Essential member or Unlimited member

As an Essential member you can upgrade your account in app. Simply log in to your Fiit mobile app (iOS and Android) and head to:

  • Profile

  • Settings cog in top right corner

  • Membership

  • Manage

From here you can upgrade or amend your subscription.

If you prefer to talk a human, you can also upgrade via our support team by emailing [email protected]

Please note; If you are in a free trial period, amending your subscription may cut short your trial. We suggest making any changes the day before your free trial expires.

I cannot see an option to manage my subscription

This may be due to your subscription being paid via a third party platform like Appstore/Playstore/Amazon.

If that's the case you can upgrade and amend your subscription directly through the relevant payment provider. This article may be useful also.
