If you joined Fiit via our website

Please contact [email protected], stating the email address used to join, and we'll cancel your membership for you, or you can head to our website and talk to the team on our live chat.

If you joined via the website, you must notify us that you wish to cancel at least 72 hours before your membership renewal date. You will continue to have access until your membership renewal date.

Please note; Your subscription renewal date can be found in the Profile section of the mobile app.

If you joined Fiit via the Apple App Store

You must cancel your membership in Apple Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad following the steps below:

  1. Launch the Settings app

  2. Tap iTunes and App Store

  3. Tap on your Apple ID

  4. Tap View Apple ID when the popup window appears

  5. Enter your Apple ID password or fingerprint ID when prompted

  6. Tap 'Subscriptions'

  7. Tap Fiit to cancel your membership

If you subscribed via Google Play

  1. Head to your Google Playstore app

  2. Click on 'Profile'

  3. Select 'Payments and Subscriptions'

  4. Select 'Subscriptions'

  5. View Subscription details and tap 'Cancel' to end your Subscription

  6. The subscription should now read 'expires' on your renewal date

If you joined Fiit via Amazon Billing

You must cancel your membership following the steps below:

  1. In the email receipt from Amazon, click the link provided to turn off auto-renewal

  2. Select ‘actions’ and choose to turn off auto-renewal

  3. The status will update to show your subscription end date

If you joined via the NHS/teacher offer

The account will automatically cancel after your 3 free months. We have no card details attached to the account to charge.

If you joined via The Gym Group partnership

You must cancel your membership following the steps below:

  1. Head to your member area anytime at https://www.thegymgroup.com/member-area to cancel

  2. If the member area is not working for any reason, please email [email protected] or use The Gym Group live chat https://www.thegymgroup.com/about-the-gym/contact-us/ (available 10am-3pm)
