You can cancel a free trial via your Fiit App Profile on iOS and Android. Check out the options below for the method correct for you..

If you subscribed via the Fiit website

You can cancel your subscription via the mobile app

  • Login in to the Fiit app on your mobile device

  • Head to the Profile tab, and tap the settings cog in top right corner

  • Select 'Membership' and click the 'Manage/ Manage Membership' link

  • Here you'll be able to cancel or amend your subscription

We recommend cancelling at least 72 hours before your membership renewal date but no later than 24 hours before, to avoid any unwanted payments, we cannot offer refunds after payment has been taken.

You will continue to have access until your membership renewal date.

If you joined Fiit via the Apple App Store

If you can see a current Fiit subscription in your Apple Subscriptions, you must cancel your membership in Apple Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad 24 hours before your renewal date by following the steps below:

  • Launch the Settings app

  • Tap iTunes and App Store

  • Tap on your Apple ID

  • Tap View Apple ID when the popup window appears

  • Enter your Apple ID password or fingerprint ID when prompted

  • Tap 'Subscriptions'

  • Tap Fiit to cancel your membership

Option to amend your subscription also available

If you subscribed via Google Play

If you can see a current Fiit subscription in your Playstore Subscriptions, you must cancel your membership in Subscriptions on your device 24 hours before your renewal date by following the steps below:

  • Head to your Google Playstore app

  • Click on 'Profile'

  • Select 'Payments and Subscriptions'

  • Select 'Subscriptions'

  • View Subscription details and tap 'Cancel' to end your Subscription

  • The subscription should now read 'expires' on your renewal date

If you joined Fiit via Amazon Billing

You must cancel your membership following the steps below:

  • In the email receipt from Amazon, click the link provided to turn off auto-renewal

  • Select ‘actions’ and choose to turn off auto-renewal

  • The status will update to show your subscription end date

If you joined via The Gym Group

If you have been given a free Fiit subscription via your LiveIT TGG membership, and are an existing Fiit subscriber, you'll first need to link your accounts. To avoid any unwanted charges, you'll then need to cancel your existing subscription payments.

To cancel existing payments, please read all options above and follow the steps that best suit your subscription status.

You are wanting to cancel your LiveIT TGG membership and free Fiit access, you can do this via their member area; https://www.thegymgroup.com/member-area. This will automatically cancel any Fiit access also.
