Refunding membership
Your membership automatically renews at the end of your subscription period. You can find your renewal date and payment information in the MyFiit / Profile section of the app. If you want to cancel your membership for any reason, you can do so at any time following these steps

If you have experienced any technical difficulties that have meant you were not able to use the app, please contact the team.

Refunding the Fiit device / Fiit device Lite
If you ordered the Fiit device / Fiit device Lite and change your mind within 14 days, you are entitled to a full refund if you have not used the product. Your refund will be processed once we receive your returned Fiit device / Fiit device Lite. After 14 days or if you have used the product, we are not able to offer a refund.
