If you want to cancel your membership for any reason, you can do so at any time within the Fiit Mobile app on iOS and Android, following these steps, you will have access until the end of the renewal period.

Your membership automatically renews at the end of your chosen subscription period, or at the end of your free trial. You can find your renewal date and payment information in the Profile > Membership section of the mobile app.

To avoid any unwanted charges, we recommend cancelling the subscription a minimum of 72 hours before your renewal date. As per our Terms and Conditions, unfortunately we are unable to offer any full or partial refunds where the subscription was not cancelled on or before the renewal/ end of free trial date.


I joined via The Gym Group

Once your LiveIT membership is cancelled via TGG, your access to Fiit will automatically expire within 7 days. We do not offer any refunds on subscriptions via 3rd party providers.


I pay via Apple subscriptions/ Playstore/ Amazon

As your subscription payment is via Fiit, any refunds will be subject to the payment provider terms and conditions. We recommend contacting directly them to discuss refund options.
