My Vitality Membership is ending - now what?

I've already had a free membership via Vitality, can I have another?
Yes, if you are still a Vitality member you renew your membership on the same deal.

Your current complimentary membership for Fiit via Vitality are valid for 12 months, but if you are still a Vitality member at that time you can apply again via your Vitality Members Portal to retain the offer when your year comes to an end, by joining again with the same email you will keep all the class history and stats you created.

  • The current deal will automatically end after 12 months

  • Once your existing subscription has ended and you lose access to the Fiit app content :

  • Go to the Vitality app, or login to your account via Vitality's website

  • You will find the Fiit offer under 'Move More' in your Get Rewarded section

  • Follow the instructions to sign up for the offer and receive another unique code

  • Head to fiit.tv/get-started/vitality, enter the same email you used before to ensure you keep your class history as this is saved on your email (this does not have to be the same email you generated the code with, only your Fiit account email)

  • enter your code in the 'Promo code' section and tap confirm

  • See a 'Success!' screen, that is the membership live,

  • Now log out of the Fiit app and back in again to reload the new offer and update the content.

When you are given a new code please note that can only be activated after the existing membership ends. Once you activate the new code, log out and in again to refresh the app content.

I pay for my Vitality/FIIT membership, can I get it for free?
If you signed up to a previous Vitality/FIIT offer that had a 6 month free trial then 50% off, you will continue to auto-renew under the terms of the offer you joined, unless you cancel your existing subscription to re-join a new offer, your account does not automatically transfer to an updated offer. Can I keep my workout stats if I change my subscription?

Sure! All your stats and class history are stored on your email so provided you rejoin with the same email, when you log back in it will look like you never left. Just log out and back in to refresh the content.

If you want to rejoin on a fresh account with no stats/class history, either use a new email address or contact our support team to request your previous history to be deleted via [email protected]
