Vitality review and release new offers regularly with Fiit.

If you signed up to a previous Vitality/Fiit offer that had a 6 month free trial then 50% off, you will continue to auto-renew under the terms of the offer you joined, unless you cancel your existing subscription to re-join a new offer, your account does not automatically transfer to an updated offer.

I am on an existing paid Vitality/Fiit offer, can I cancel to take the new offer?

Yes you can! You can cancel a free trial via your Fiit App Profile on iOS and Android.

We recommend cancelling at least 72 hours before your membership renewal date but no later than 24 hours before.
Login in to the Fiit app on your mobile device

  • Head to the Profile tab, and tap the settings cog in top right corner

  • Select 'Membership' and click the 'Manage/ Manage Membership' link

  • Here you'll be able to cancel or amend your subscription

  • Tap the blue 'Cancel Plan' button.

    To ensure your cancellation is complete, please follow the steps below:
    1. Tap 'Cancel Plan'

    2. Select the reason you are cancelling
    3. Await a confirmation screen showing 'Cancelled'

    4. You will receive an email to your account to confirm the cancellation

Can I get a refund on my unused time?

Unfortunately we are unable to cancel existing subscriptions mid way through the year, you can request your subscription to cancel at the end of your paid term and take whatever offer is available to you at that time it ends.

We are unable to offer refunds or part refunds on subscription fees.

How do I re-join the latest Vitality offer?

Easy peasy....

  • Once your existing subscription has ended and you lose access to the Fiit app content :

  • Go to the Vitality app, or login to your account via their website

  • You will find the Fiit offer under 'Move More' in your Get Rewarded section

  • Follow the instructions to sign up and receive your unique code

  • Head to fiit.tv/get-started/vitality, use the same email you joined with previously , enter your code in the 'Promo code' section and confirm

  • Now you're all set!

I've had a free membership via Vitality, can I have another?
Yes, if you are still a Vitality member you will receive an email 7 days prior to your membership ending with details of how to rejoin via the Vitality Member Portal.

Can I keep my workout stats if I change my subscription?

Sure! All your stats and class history are stored on your email so provided you rejoin with the same email, when you log back in it will look like you never left.
If you want to rejoin on a fresh blank account, either use a new email address or contact our support team to request your history to be deleted via [email protected]
