I’m charging my Sensor, but no light is coming on

Possible causes:

  1. The connector supplied is an adapter only and must be inserted to a USB-C cable attached to a wall plug or laptop, if you find this is not charging :

  2. Is the cable pushed all the way in ok?

  3. Don't use the connector provided - try with a USB-C cable straight into the device into a wall socket.

  4. Try an alternative USB-C cable.

  5. Try charging via a laptop. If this is not possible, try an alternative wall plug.

  6. If you have tried all 5 of these options this and the Sensor is still not charging please try the further steps below :-

  7. Connect the device to the Prevayl App via the instructions in this video - does it link ok and show your current battery life? If you connect to the Prevayl app also check the device is running the most up to date firmware - see how here
