Updating card details is easy peasy, simply follow the relevant steps below. If you are unsure which applies to you, payment information can be found under the Membership section of the app.
You joined via our website
Quickly and easily update card details via the Fiit mobile app.
Login to the mobile app*
Head to Profile
Tap cog in top right corner
Membership
Click the 'manage' link
You'll be taken to the Stripe payment portal where you can view and update card details
*tv or web app customers will need to download Fiit to your mobile device, login with the same email address and password, or request a login link
You pay via Apple Subscriptions or Google Play
You'll need to head to the subscriptions section on your mobile device and amend directly with your payment provider
You pay via Amazon
You can update your card details directly with them via your Amazon app.
