Looking to get a little competitive with yourself and beat your previous PBs? We're all about that! Here's how you can track your progress in the Fiit app:

  1. Track your stats during classes by connecting with one of 25+ compatible trackers. You can retake classes and check how many Fiit Points or reps you’re getting each time you train. If your strength and fitness is improving, these should increase with time!

  2. You can take our 10-min Cardio Benchmark and Strength Benchmark classes before and after training plans to track any changes in your cardio fitness and strength. To find the benchmark classes, browse by "Strength Studio" and "Adrienne". (The Cardio Benchmark class tracks your reps, so you'll find it in the Strength Studio too). 

  3. Gradually increase the weight of the dumbbells and kettlebells you use in strength workouts. Keep track of when and how often you can level up. 

  4. Some members find it useful to take photos before and during training to see progression. Capture the perfect shots with our tips below, and remember to share your journey with our Fiit community!
