How do I connect Fiit to Apple Watch?

Note: Fiit is only compatible with Apple WatchOS 5 and above. However, some older watch models (series 3 and below) may not connect even with OS 5 and above, due to memory capacity.

If you’re new to Fiit

  • Download Fiit from the App Store

  • Sign up here (www.fiit.tv/pricing)

  • The Apple Watch app should install automatically — you’ll see the Fiit icon on your watch

  • Accept Health Kit permissions on your iPhone

  • Start a class on your iPhone — Fiit will detect your Apple Watch

  • Tap “Next” for the class to play

If you already have a Fiit Subscription

  • Make sure you have the latest version of the Fiit app

  • The Apple Watch app should install automatically — you’ll see the Fiit icon on your watch

  • Accept Health Kit permissions on your iPhone

  • Start a class on your iPhone — Fiit will detect your Apple Watch

  • Tap “Next” for the class to play

Which metrics will it track?

Your Apple Watch will track your heart rate, calorie burn and Fiit Points scored in any Fiit class and Studio.

Will my calorie count be different on Apple Watch?

Every tracker calculates calories burned differently, so even if the recorded heart rate and Fiit points are identical, there may be a minor disparity with your calorie burn.

Will my Apple Watch award Fiit Points in Scheduled group classes?

Yes, as with the Fiit Tracker, Apple Watch will award Fiit Points based on your effort level during a class. The harder you work, the higher up the leaderboard you’ll climb. Read this article to find out more about how we calculate Fiit Points.
