You can change your email preferences by opening the app, click on MyFiit, tap your initials in the top right corner, and click on Preferences. Here, you can tell us what emails and push notifications you do or don't want to receive. 

You can also unsubscribe directly from emails. Please note, that if you unsubscribe from marketing emails, we won't be able to let you know when we're running promotional offers and discounts.
