If you're unsure how to perform certain exercises or your reps aren't being tracked consistently, we've created a series of tutorials in the Help section in the app that will show you how to do the perfect: Ab crunch / Glute bridge holds / Good mornings / Lunge / Push up / Plank / Sit up / Squat.
It's important for you to complete each exercise fully and correctly for them to be tracked. Remember, only the Fiit Tracker will track reps. Other compatible fitness trackers will not track reps. Find out more here.
