If you're unsure how to perform certain exercises or your reps aren't being tracked consistently, we've created a series of tutorials in the Help section in the app that will show you how to do the perfect: Ab crunch / Glute bridge holds / Good mornings / Lunge / Push up / Plank / Sit up / Squat.
It's important for you to complete each exercise fully and correctly for them to be tracked. Remember, only the Fiit device will track reps. The Fiit device Lite and some other fitness trackers will not track reps. Find out more here.
Please ensure you have also downloaded the Wahoo Fitness `Tracker App and updated Firmwear to ensure effective rep tracking.
