Fiit Points measure how hard you're working in Cardio classes. Stay in the target heart rate zone to score points — work too hard or not hard enough and you'll fall out of the target zone and will score less points.
You earn Fiit Points during the main workout (not during the warm up or warm down). The more time you spend in the zone, the more points you earn. Try to beat your score each time you take a class!
