We move to keep fit, get strong and build resilience – in body and mind. That’s why, as the days draw in, we’re challenging you to keep moving with 50 classes in 50 days.
How you move is up to you. Tackle a weekend Group class, enrol on a month-long training plan or simply tick off a 10 minute mover everyday before brekkie.
You can sweat, stretch, flex or flow. At home or in the gym. It all counts.

*For consistency, we suggest aiming for a class a day, but that's not essential. You could do two or three in one day and have a day or two off. How and when you move is all up to you.
