Did you take the class before you joined the challenge?
Classes only record to a challenge after you join the Challenge.
Any classes taken prior to joining a challenge will unfortunately not count, we cannot add these on our system retrospectively so only classes taken after you joined the challenge will count.

Is the challenge specific to certain classes?
Sometimes our challenges are more specific and you must take the classes we set for the challenge to count and complete. Classes included would be notified within the challenge, just like a training plan take the class from within the challenge to count.
