If you purchased a monthly, quarterly or yearly membership via the App Store before 19th November 2018, you will need to cancel payments by following the steps below:
- Launch the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad
- Tap iTunes and App Store
- Tap on your Apple ID
- Tap View Apple ID when the popup window appears
- Enter your Apple ID password or fingerprint ID when prompted
- Tap subscriptions
- Tap Fiit to cancel your membership
Note: Your Fiit device will not work with the free version of the app. You won't see your heart rate, calories and live stats on screen, and you'll no longer have access to Fiit Plans.
