We know fitness is more than just going to the gym. You may have a very active lifestyle or a physically demanding job. 

Choose from three levels of fitness — Low, Medium or High — based on how often you exercise or how active you are generally. You can change this at any time in Settings > Profile > About you. 

Low

Exercise rarely / not a lot of physical activity

Medium

Exercise 2-3 times a week / pretty active generally

High 

Exercise 4+ times a week / have a very active lifestyle
