On the 11th Feb 2019 we launched Resistance Training which includes 19 classes. These classes will incorporate resistance bands to intensify your workout - it targets muscles that normal bodyweight training doesn’t! Contact us if you would like to find out how to get some resistance bands to get involved.

We are currently working with fitness experts to incorporate other equipment into classes. In the meantime, the bodyweight training classes in our Strength studio are a challenging and effective method to tone up, and build strength and muscle. 

You are welcome to use your own weights and equipment with our current classes but please only do so if you know what you are doing, in order to avoid injury!
