Terms and Conditions for Thai Wellness Retreat Giveaway:
1. Eligibility: This promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter, GoodLife+, its agents and anyone professionally associated with this promotion.
2. No Purchase Necessary: No purchase is required to enter. The Promoter is not responsible for any charges incurred from your internet service provider.
3. Promotion Period: The promotion begins at 17:00 BST on 11th September 2024 and ends at 17:00 BST on 6th December 2024.
4. How to Enter:
To enter, participants must submit their details through https://fiit.tv/get-started/retreat and agree for their personal information to be shared with GoodLife+ and for such personal information to be used for marketing purposes by the Promoter and GoodLife+.
Participants may increase their chances of winning (up to a maximum of 18 entries per participant) by doing the following after submitting their entry:
Two additional entries when participants start a 14 day free trial www.fiit.tv or via their mobile payment provider (Appstore/ Playstore)
Five additional entries when participants join FIIT as a member and complete the Start Strong 5 (five) challenge in 14 days in the FIIT App. Only classes taken after joining the challenge will count.
Ten additional entries when participants complete the Start Strong 25 (twenty five) challenge in 60 days in the FIIT App. Only classes taken after joining the challenge count.
Additional entries will be earned automatically upon completing the above activities with no further action required by participants.
5. The Prize: One winner will receive the following:
Economy lights for two to Thailand.
Accommodation for two at Six Senses Koh Samui for 10 Days. Villa with a private pool
Departure dates from January 2025
The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
6. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries using a software tool on 11th December 2024
7. Winner Notification: The winner will be contacted via the email address provided within 5 working days of the winner selection and must respond within 30 days to confirm eligibility and acceptance of the prize. If the winner does not respond within 30 days, a new winner will be chosen.
8. Publicity: By entering, participants agree to the use of their name, photograph, and any other relevant information in promotional materials without additional compensation.
9. Prize Substitution: The Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of the same or higher value, where it becomes necessary to do so, as decided by the Promoter in its sole discretion.

11. Liability: The Promoter, GoodLife+, its agencies, and companies are not liable for any loss, expense, or damage connected with the promotion or prize use, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13. General Conditions:
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries at its discretion.
The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the prize draw at any time without notice.
The Promoter is not responsible for any entries not received or delayed due to technical issues.
The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants submit to the jurisdiction of English courts.
