Highlighting our specialist individual class collections designed to be taken as a series of classes, they push you past your comfort zone, they’ll test your balance, strength and stability. And train you to move like a badass.

Head to the RetroFit tab under Classes and search from there on your chosen trainer, favourite the series and you can then take the classes via your homescreen.

Power Flow with Richie Norton

To improve your athletic performance you need to build muscle, increase your range of motion and improve your flexibility. This series will do that and more.

Starting each class with a few minutes of breathwork, you’ll ramp up the pace with power flows and wind back down with guided meditations. It’s the ultimate mind, body and breath booster, but don’t be fooled into thinking it’s easy.

To flow freely and powerfully, you’ll need strength and determination. So have you got what it takes?

Total Strength Yoga with Cat Meffan

These classes form a 5-part series is designed to help you build head-to-toe strength. Inspired by Vinyasa yoga and high-energy flows, Cat will train you hard and make you feel the burn.

From power sun salutations and warrior flows to arm balances and static holds, you’ll explore advanced poses that work your muscles and test your endurance. Acknowledge it’s hard. Then do it anyway.

Ninja Flow with Chris Magee

This series is all about inversions, so prepare to be turned on your head (literally). Think headstands, forearm stands, handstands, twists and backbends.

Approach with caution — this is not for beginners. If you’re new to the practice, start with Chris’ Dynamic Vinyasa Yoga classes, see Yoga #44-47 and Yoga #76.
For the more experienced, challenge yourself enough that you feel the intensity but not so hard that you tumble into your TV.

We have it on good authority that Chris likes to test his students. So show him what you’re made of. Control your movement, flow silently and channel your inner Ninja.

Yin Yoga Series with Cat Meffan
Yin is an introspective practice that teaches you to listen, welcome stillness and learn patience.

You start each class with a short meditation. Then hold positions (or Asanas) for longer periods of time than you would in Hatha, Vinyasa or Power yoga — anywhere between 2 to 4 minutes. You’ll also counter every move with a rebound posture, giving you the chance to observe the after-effects of each Asana and notice anything you’ve stirred up in your heart, body and mind.

These classes are free-flowing vinyasas, with different Chakra concepts in mind.
Ida will also encourage you to open up parts you didn’t know were closed, but you’ll be happy she told you about.

With 7x25min classes that look at connection, creativity, confidence, compassion, communication, clarity and your charge. Plus, a 40min journey through all seven chakras.

You’ll build full-body strength and flexibility. And through powerful mantras and affirmations, you’ll establish a clear link with how you move and how you feel.

Element Yoga with Chris Magee

The Elements is a full body practice, broken down into both 25 and 40 minute classes. So you can take the one that’s right for you, in the time you’ve got.

Elemental gets experimental. Move through Earth, Water, Fire and Air in Chris’ eight classes, to expand your yoga practice and try new types of movement, all rooted in nature.


Work on balance and stability through slower paced Earth flows, while targeting the lower body. Mobilise your hips and spine in Water classes that introduce free and fluid transitions. Then Fire up your mind and body with sweaty, heat-building arm and core exercises that demand speed and strength. If you’re willing to go that extra mile, finish with the Air flows and embrace lightness in every move. By bringing in inversions, you’ll have plenty of chances to go upside down and try your hand at backbends and handstands.
