At home or in the gym, with our 10-minute movers or 40-minute Game Days, how you move is up to you, any class counts. Join a Team to achieve your dream, schedule a group class for added motivation, or start a Training Plan to take the guesswork out of your routine.

I joined the challenge late - will my previous classes count?
You can join the Challenge late, but only classes taken after you join will count towards the Challenge.
Can I join both Challenges?
Yes you can! Join both at the same time and classes will count to both challenges.
