Don't worry there will be a simple fix, check the advice below :

Have you linked your Fiit Account to Apple Health / GoogleFit?

Log in to Fiit on iOS/Android app
Go to profile tab
Tap the Settings Cog top right corner
Select Apps and Services
For Apple - Toggle on 'Connect Fiit to Health'
For GoogleFit - Go to the 'Connect Fiit to GoogleFit'


Once the button is turned on, you can start earning Vitality points through your Fiit account. Back dated classes will not count, You'll need to complete a continuous 20-minute workout to earn five Vitality points. You won’t be able to earn points for two separate workouts – for example two 15-minute workouts in the same day.

Are you using a TV app to take classes?

The Fiit TV app is not linked to Googlefit / Apple Health so any classes taken via a Fiit TV app will not move over to Googlefit / Apple Health. To earn activity points, you must complete workouts on a mobile device linked to Apple Health or Google Fit. Workouts done on the Fiit TV or web apps will not earn you points.

To collect points you must use the iOS / Android apps, it's easy to link your phone to the TV for a bigger screen, just see the relevant help below:
