If you joined via our website your lifetime membership will be activated within 5 working days of purchase. *No pro-rata refunds will be issued upon activation, any subscription time remaining on your existing subscription will merge into your lifetime membership from the day you purchase.

I am on a training plan/ challenge, will this be affected?
Not at all, the only change to your account will be the removal of card details and automatic renewal payments. All class history, stats and current plans/challenges will remain the same.

Can I purchase this as a gift?
Now that’s what we call a gift! If you are purchasing the Lifetime subscription for an existing member, please reach out to our support team with your purchase order number and email address you’d like the subscription to be attached to.
If there is no existing subscription, please use the email address you’d like to attach the subscription to in the order process.
