I’ve just paid my subscription fee, can I still purchase a Lifetime Membership?
If you joined via our website your lifetime membership will be activated within 5 working days of purchase. No pro rata refunds will be issued upon activation, any subscription time remaining on your existing subscription will merge into your lifetime membership.
You’ll receive an email from our team once activated as well as your unique code to redeem your tracker via our shop.
Please note shipping is only free within UK. European shipping is £15.99, unfortunately we are unable to ship the tracker internationally at this time.

If you pay for your subscription via Appstore/ Playstore/other payment provider, our team will be in touch within 5 working days detailing steps to redeem your lifetime membership and tracker.

I am on a training plan/ challenge, will this be affected?
Not at all, the only change to your account will be the removal of card details and automatic renewal payments. All class history, stats and current plans/challenges will remain the same.

Can I purchase this as a gift?
Now that’s what we call a gift! If you are purchasing the Lifetime subscription for an existing member, please reach out to our support team with your order number and email address you’d like the subscription to be attached to.
If there is no existing subscription, please use the email address you’d like to attach the subscription to in the order process.
