What classes track Fiit Points or Reps?! Lets help clear up the confusion....

Strength Based classes work in repetitions - and track Heart Rate, Calories burned and Reps, each rep will track via motion sensor in your tracker (not all trackers have the sensor to track reps)

Cardio based classes work on Heart Rate Zone, so track Heart Rate, Calories burned and Fiit Points (all compatible trackers track Fiit Points)

Types of classes

Fiit Points - Metcon, Speed, Endure, Dumbbell Shred, Kettlebell Shred, Cardio based Intervals, Non-Stop, Energy Shots and Chasers - A good way to tell is if the Fiit points counter is greyed out = no tracking - once it's white tracking is on! Please note tracking is paused in rest periods.

Reps - Push Pull, Core, Lower Body, Upper Body, Arms and Legs Gains, Functional Strength, Full Body Strength, Circuits and Supersets - Some classes track all the way through, some only at the Finisher / Challenge / Competition Phase so listen out for the trainer's cue that reps are being tracked. A good way to tell is if the rep counter is greyed out = no tracking - once it's white tracking is on!

Barre, Pilates, Yoga, Mobility and Stretches only track Heart Rate and Calories burned.
