How do I earn a spin?
We've kept it pretty simple: Burn that energy, earn a spin.
That's right, take a class and be rewarded with a free spin on our (bike) wheel!
We'll let you know whether you've qualified for a spin after a workout. Look out for the yellow 'You've earned a spin' banner.
Earning spins depends on your account type:
Free members
Take any group class or free taster class to earn a spin
1 spin per day
Unlimited and Essential members, those on any type of Free Trial
(Incl. Vitality customers, lifetime members, The Gym Group customers, and corporate members)
For paid members, Spin and Win will be taking a well earned rest, so after 29th January you won’t see it for a while.
The flame isn’t going to be extinguished forever, but we need to turn down the heat while we go back into build mode. Keep your eyes peeled for a relaunch later this year with more partners, more prizes and more opportunities to win big.

You get 24 hours to take the spin, after 24 hours your earned spin will expire.
Win - you have 24 hours to claim the prize
This feature is currently only available in UK and Ireland on mobile devices.

Redeeming prizes
To redeem a prize, follow the instructions on screen.
You only have 24 hours to claim the prize or it is lost.
Once you have clicked 'claim prize' via the blue button, you'll be contacted by our team within 3 working days* to arrange delivery of your goodies.
To check your winning spins, claimed and unclaimed prizes head to Profile> settings cog> scroll to Spin & Win prizes.
If you claimed your prize but did not get an email, first check your spam folder, if it's not there contact [email protected] for help.
Is this feature available on all Fiit platforms?
Whilst the option to spin has not currently launched on our TV or web apps, any class taken via either of these still qualifies you for a spin.
Once you have completed your workout via TV or web app, download Fiit via Appstore / Playstore to your mobile device, login, and your spin will be available.
Your free spin will be available for 24h after your class.
I completed a class but did not earn a spin
For you to earn a spin, you must not end or quit the class early. You must complete the star rating for that class. Any class closed before the class rating is complete will not show as complete.
This feature is available on Android and iOS. However, for iOS platforms, Burn To Earn is only available on iOS 14 and above. If you are not on iOS 14 or above, you will either have to update to the latest version or login to your Fiit app on another working operating version within 24hr of the class. Your earned spin will be waiting for you on the homepage.
