I live outside of mainland GB, can I still order a package?

Delivery is free for addresses within mainland GB. If you are an international customer or living in Ireland, unfortunately we are unable to ship bike packages to you.

Addresses located in Jersey, Guernsey and Channel Islands will incur a £30 delivery surcharge.

Please note some postcodes in the UK will also incur a delivery surcharge. More information can be fond here.

I am already a Fiit member, how do I redeem the 30 days free access?

The 30 days free access to Fiit is only available to new members. If you are an existing member you can gift your free access code to a friend!

I have purchased my bike package, when will it be delivered?

All bike and weights orders are handled by Wolverson. If you have ordered a curb-side delivery, you will receive a confirmation from the delivery company, Palletways, once they receive your order. You will then also be sent a shipping notification.

If you have paid to receive delivery and installation, Wolverson will contact you directly to arrange a suitable date and time for delivery of your bike and weights.

Delivery is dependent on stock levels, delivery option chosen and location, however, we aim to deliver within 7 days.

Please note; delivery of Hoodies and Fiit Trackers is via Royal Mail, Fiit Mats are via DPD. These items may ship separately.

What do I need for AssaultBike workouts?

Fiit is integrated with the AssaultBike Pro and Elite, so for the fully interactive and personalized experience, you will need access to either of these bikes — however, you can still take our AssaultBike workouts on any brand of air bike, you just won't be able to see live stats, track progress and enter competitions.

If you have an AssaultBike Classic, you can purchase an AssaultBike Pro Bluetooth console from most Assault stockists for the connected experience.

You'll need 2m x 2m space for a comfortable workout. It's best to store your AssaultBike indoors to avoid damage from cold, air, and humidity.

We also recommend you take the workouts with Bluetooth headphones for the best experience.

AssaultBike Pro spec

Max height for the AssaultBike is around 6'3'' HOWEVER all bodies are different, so your best bet is to try one out (try your local gym) and see how it feels. Max weight is 300lbs/ 136kg.
