Oh no! let's get that sorted ASAP.
First things first, check your wifi connection is strong and there are no service disruptions from your internet provider.
If that all looks good, you will need to refresh the Fiit app;
Log out of Fiit
Delete the app completely
Turn off, and then restart your phone
Reinstall the Fiit app
