Firstly:

  1. Check the strength of your internet connectivity.
  2. Clear caches within the Fiit app by heading to Firestick Main Menu > Settings > Manage All Installed Applications > Select Cache Application (to see details like cache size and storage) > Scroll down to 'Clear Cache'.
  3. Restart your Amazon Fire TV.
