Running into trouble accessing Fiit on Sky Q? No worries, let's get you sorted!
Firstly, restart Sky Q and check cables:
Press Standby on your Sky Q remote, then switch off or unplug at the mains.
Check there are no lights on the front panel of your Sky Q Box, and that all cables are securely connected and undamaged. (If your cables are damaged, you'll need to book an engineer visit online.)
Plug in and switch your Sky Q Box back on at the mains.
Wait for the on-screen instructions to disappear then press Home on your Sky Q remote.
Having trouble logging into the app?
Restart the box and the app (to rule out any box issues).
Try logging in again.
