I'm having problems with the app (I can't open the app, it keeps crashing, or I can't start a class)

First, restart your Sky Q box and check your cables:

1. Press Standby on your Sky Q remote, then switch off or unplug at the mains

2. Check there's no lights on the front panel of your Sky Q box and all cables are securely connected and undamaged. (If your cables are damaged, you'll need to book an engineer visit online)

3. Plug in and switch your Sky Q box back on at the mains

4. Wait for the on-screen instructions to disappear then press Home on your Sky Q remote

I am having problems logging into the app

Restart the box and the app (to rule out any box issues). Try logging in again. If the issue continues, contact [email protected]
