Troubleshooting Fiit on Sky

Running into trouble accessing Fiit on Sky? No worries, let's get you sorted!

Firstly, restart Sky and check cables:

  1. Press Standby on your Sky remote, then switch off or unplug at the mains.

  2. Check there are no lights on the front panel of your Sky Box, and that all cables are securely connected and undamaged. (If your cables are damaged, you'll need to book an engineer visit online.)

  3. Plug in and switch your Sky Box back on at the mains.

  4. Wait for the on-screen instructions to disappear then press Home on your Sky remote.

Having trouble logging into the app?

  1. Restart the box and the app (to rule out any box issues).

  2. Try logging in again.

  3. If the issue continues, give us a shout at [email protected] and ask to speak to the team. We'll give you some extra steps to try!

Do I contact Fiit or Sky to make changes to my account?

Your Fiit membership is not linked to Sky in any way, it's just one way to view the app.

If you want to manage your Fiit account, please follow these steps;

  • Download the Fiit app to your mobile device

  • Login in to the Fiit app with the same details as logging into Fiit on Sky

  • Head to the Profile tab, and tap the settings cog in top right corner

  • Select 'Membership' and click the 'Manage/ Manage Membership' link

  • Here you'll be able to cancel or amend your subscription.

If you joined via Apple’s App Store or Playstore subscriptions, you can cancel your membership via your Apple / Playstore subscriptions.
