I am a Sky+ customer. Can I still purchase a Fiit membership?
Yup, sure can! You’ll be able to access the Fiit app via your mobile device only (available on iOS and Android).
Can I use a Fiit for free on the Sky app?
You cannot currently access our free app as Group Classes are only available via the Mobile app but all Fiit memberships come with a free trial, which gives you unlimited access to 1000+ classes and 20+ training plans.
What happens at the end of my free trial?
You will automatically roll to a paid subscription unless cancelled 72 hours before the end of the trial. You can manage your subscription via the membership portal in the Fiit iOS & Android App (see below).
How do I make changes or cancel my Fiit account on Sky?
There is no membership portal on the Sky app, this is held in the mobile app. If you want to manage your Fiit account, please follow these steps;
Download the Fiit app to your mobile device
Login in to the Fiit app with the same details as logging into Fiit on Sky
Head to the Profile tab, and tap the settings cog in top right corner
Select 'Membership' and click the 'Manage/ Manage Membership' link
Here you'll be able to cancel or amend your subscription.
If you joined via Apple’s App Store or Playstore subscriptions, you can cancel your membership via your Apple / Playstore subscriptions.
