Need to make a change to your Fiit on Sky membership? Easy! Check out some simple how-to steps below, and give us a shout at [email protected] if you need an extra hand.

I am a Sky+ customer. Can I still purchase a Fiit membership?

Yup, sure can! You’ll be able to access the Fiit app via your mobile device only (available on iOS and Android).

Can I use a Fiit for free on the Sky app?

Yes! All Fiit memberships come with a 14 day free trial, which gives you unlimited access to 700+ classes and 20+ training plans.

What happens at the end of my free trial?

We send an email reminder out to you 7 days before the end of your 30 day free trial containing a 25% off clickable link to start a subscription. Simply click the blue 'Get Offer' button in the email to start your paid subscription.

If you miss that one, no worries! 24 hours after your 30 day free trial ends, you will receive a second email with the same offer and instructions.

Do I contact Fiit or Sky to make changes to my account?

If you want to cancel or make any changes to your Fiit account, please contact us directly here at Fiit. Our superstar CS team are available on live chat (via fiit.tv or in-app), or you can email us at [email protected]. We always love to hear from you!
