Why is there no longer a free version of Fiit?
On 1st October, our free service will no longer be available. It’s a big decision, and we want to let you know why.
From the start, our mission has been to make exercise a habit for everyone. To create a fitness experience that helps you keep levelling up. And to have the most fun while you’re doing it!
We’re always looking at data to see whether we’re on track with our mission. What we’ve seen over the past year is that our active Premium members do more than 3 classes a week (that’s at least 12 classes a month!). By comparison, most members with the free version use it very infrequently. This may not be you, and if you’ve been smashing out classes and want to keep going, we have a special offer for you.
We’ve learned that the free app is not working to help us fulfil our mission, however the features we’ve invested in for Premium are in fact driving motivation and habit formation. And for that reason, that’s where we want to focus our energy. We want to invest in more features that motivate our members, with more ways to connect and deliver the most epic workouts on the planet.

Can I still access my class history if I choose a subscription?
Absolutely! Just use the same email address as your free account when you choose a subscription, and all your class history will be available.
When do I have to start paying if I choose to start a subscription?
All subscriptions come with a 14-day free trial. After that you'll be charged. You can cancel anytime within the free trial period.
Do I need to purchase equipment on a subscription?
No equipment is needed! Some classes use resistance bands or weights. This will be indicated in the class name or class description. You can choose to see your stats live on screen, track your progress and compete in live leaderboard classes (proven to push you 22% harder!) with our fitness trackers — the Fiit device or Fiit device Lite — Apple Watch or one of 25 compatible trackers.
I'm on a 14-day training plan, do I need to choose a subscription to finish the plan?
If your plan has already started, it will remain available until the plan end date.
Will I be automatically charged for a subscription on the 1st October?
No. As we do not hold any payment details for you, unless you choose a subscription and enter your card details, you will not be charged.
