Your friend will receive an email from us with a code to redeem their gift or, if you’d prefer to deliver it yourself, we can send the email to you.
How do I redeem my gifted subscription?
If you've received a FIIT gift card (lucky!), please note you can only redeem it via www.fiit.tv and not in the App Store or Playstore. So, once you're on the FIIT website:
Select the subscription option you require
Add the gift card code at checkout in the promocode box
Enter card details (as it is an auto renew subscription, card details are required to complete the sign up process)
Download the app to your mobile device and start taking classes!
How to apply a gift card against an active membership.
If you have an active membership already please contact us at [email protected] and we can apply your code for you.
If you have a membership via a 3rd party such as Apple subscriptions or Google Playstore then you would need to cancel your membership via this subscription service first and then once done follow the steps listed above under 'How do I redeem my gifted subscription'.
