Resistance Training ups the intensity of your workouts. 

By introducing a resistance bands (RB), a ‘pulling’ rather than just a ‘pushing’ motion builds strength and targets specific muscles that bodyweight training won’t touch. It’s also used to improve posture and flexibility.

From Entry Level through to Advanced, Premium members now have access to nineteen new classes on Fiit, with more coming soon. You can find them in the Cardio studio. We have also launched our first Pilates Resistance training class.

We use three different types: Long Loop, Short Loop and Thera Band. Make sure they’re comfortable but tight enough to maximise the burn. It’s supposed to be hard.
