If you have your own resistance bands, you're welcome to use them. You'll need a short loop, long loop and theraband for our classes. 

If you need to purchase resistance bands, we recommend;

  • Short Loop Bands - a small, thin circular band used in Cardio classes.
  • Long Loop Band - a long, thick circular band used in Strength classes. 13-32 mm bands are advised.
  • 1-2 x Thera Band - a long, straight band used in Cardio and Rebalance classes usually around 2m long. This can be folded/cut to suit your needs!
