Fiit Mum is a 24 week plan, divided into 4 stages, designed to help mums heal and build strength and fitness after giving birth. Developed with a team of leading postnatal fitness experts, including a pelvic floor physiotherapist, we give you everything you need to know to recover and take on life as new mum.
