If you are having trouble with your HDMI-Lightning cable, please first check to see if you are able to play a class when you are not connected to the TV. If you’re not able to play a class when you’re not connected to the TV, please contact [email protected].
If you’re not able to play classes ONLY when you are connected to the TV, please unplug the cables, restart your iPhone / iPad and TV, and reconnect the cables to your TV and mobile device in the following order:
1. Plug the USB into a mains power socket
2. Then attach the HDMI cable into the HDMI port in your TV.
3. You should see a Fiit splash screen — this means your cable is working
4. Finally, connect the Lightning cable to your device and press 'Trust'.
We recommend that you plug the USB lead into a mains power socket. Newer TVs may provide enough power for the cable to work, in which case you can use your TV as the power source but older TVs will not provide sufficient power. Please always ensure that you have the latest version of the app installed.
