I think the battery in my Fiit Tracker has died

Oh no! If the red/green and blue lights don’t flash on the front of your tracker after you tap it, it could mean the battery needs changing. We recommend the Panasonic Energizer Battery - CR2032.

To change the battery: 

  1. Open the battery cover by moving the arrow to the unlocked symbol using a 2p coin

  2. Remove the battery cover and remove the flat battery for safe disposal

  3. Replace with the new CR2032 battery, taking care to seat the battery correctly (Ensure any safety stickers have been removed from the battery beforehand)

  4. Replace the battery cover and secure tightly

  5. Let's go!
