Choose from 4 levels of fitness โ€” Entry level, Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced โ€” based on how often you exercise or how active you are generally. You can change this at any time in Settings > Profile > About you.ย 

Entry level: New to exercise or returning from injury

Beginner: Exercise rarely / not a lot of physical activity

Intermediate: Exercise 2-3 times a week / pretty active generally

Advanced: Exercise 4+ times a week / have a very active lifestyle
