Choose from 3 levels of fitness — Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced — based on how often you exercise or how active you are generally. You can change this at any time in Settings > Profile > About you.
Beginner: New to exercise / returning from injury / Exercise rarely / low physical activity
Intermediate: Exercise 2-3 times a week / pretty active generally
Advanced: Exercise 4+ times a week / have a very active lifestyle
