We know fitness is more than just going to the gym. You may have a very active lifestyle or a physically demanding job. 

Choose from 4 levels of fitness — Entry level, Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced — based on how often you exercise or how active you are generally. You can change this at any time in Settings > Profile > About you. 

Entry level: New to exercise or returning from injury

Beginner: Exercise rarely / not a lot of physical activity

Intermediate: Exercise 2-3 times a week / pretty active generally

Advanced: Exercise 4+ times a week / have a very active lifestyle
