How do I calculate my current fitness level?

We know fitness is more than just going to the gym. You may have a very active lifestyle or a physically demanding job.ย 

Choose from 3 levels of fitness โ€” Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced โ€” based on how often you exercise or how active you are generally. You can change this at any time in Settings > Profile > About you.ย 

Beginner: New to exercise / returning from injury / Exercise rarely / low physical activity

Intermediate: Exercise 2-3 times a week / pretty active generally

Advanced: Exercise 4+ times a week / have a very active lifestyle
