FIIT and Vitality have teamed to create the perfect challenge, Movement is Medicine.

Summer is on the way and there is no better time to get active. Kick start your activity with this 200 minute challenge.

Get ready to clock up those minutes. You have 30 days to meet the mark!

New to exercise? Why not ease yourself in? A 25 minute body weight cardio or strength class plus a 25 minute yoga class, once a week would be the one for you.

Like to workout at home and in the gym too? We've got you covered. One 25 minute cardio or strength class a week at home.

In gym; 15 minute bike / tread / row class (or airbike if you're brave) finish off with a 10 minute core or arms sesh.

See you on the Mat!

How do I join the challenge?

  • Head to your mobile app home screen > Explore Tab to find Challenges

  • Tap 'View all'

  • Tap Movement is Medicine see full details, what to expect, and the challenge rules

  • Hit the 'Join Now' button to show 'You're In'

I joined the challenge late - will my previous classes count?

You can join the Challenge late, but only classes taken after you join will count towards the Challenge.

How do I earn Vitality points?

You earn 5 activity points on Vitality for every Fiit workout you complete that is 20 minutes or longer. Each workout must be for a continuous 20 minutes to qualify for Vitality points. E.g. you won’t get points for two 15-minute workouts on the same day.

Please note that you will not earn Vitality points on the 10 min classes in the Challenge, but there are plenty of 25 min classes to choose from in the selected classes.
