The 30 Day Plan is available from 2nd January 2019 for both Fiit Premium members and members using the free version of the app. 

Complete all 4 classes for each week of the plan to unlock exciting rewards from our partners — and earn a free month on Fiit Premium when you complete the plan!

Current Premium members will have the free month applied on their next renewal date. Free users will receive a promo code for a one month discount on quarterly or annual memberships. 

Unfortunately, we’re unable to give you a free month if you have a subscription via Apple as we do not hold your payment details. If you have already received a free month by completing a Fiit Plan, you will not be eligible for another free month.

Fiit Premium members also have access to two new 12 minute benchmark classes to take before and after the plan to see progression. 

How does the plan work?

The 30 Day Plan can be found in the app under Browse > Training Plans. You can start the plan at any time in January, including the 31st. 

The plan consists of 4 classes a week for 4 weeks. The intensity of classes will increase over the course of the plan as you progress. There is a mix of cardio, strength and rebalance classes as well as weekly nutrition advice. 

The difficulty level of the plan will be automatically based on the fitness level previously selected in the app. 

I’m a free user, can I access Premium classes?

Free members will have access to Premium classes with the 30 Day Plan. However, you will not be able to track your stats, as the Fiit device does not work with the free version of the app.

How many times a week do I need to work out?

The plan consists of 4 classes a week for 4 weeks. We also recommend active recovery sessions to stretch and improve mobility — so we encourage you to take additional classes from our Rebalance studio.

Is nutritional advice included?

Yes, we’ve partnered with top nutritionist Jenna Hope. You’ll receive nutrition advice via email.

Do I need any equipment?

All you need is your Fiit device and a mat to work out on. You don’t need any weights as all classes involve bodyweight training. It’s also a good idea to have a towel and bottle of water handy, as it’s going to get sweaty!  

How do I change the difficulty level of plan? 

Just go to MyFiit and change your current fitness level.
