Getting your self set up on the ONE App is quick and esy. What you'll need is below -
Your existing FIIT email address and password (If you used a Google or Apple Sign-In previously, those credentials remain valid)
An iPhone (iOS) or Android phone
A few minutes, that's it!
How to get set up -
Download the ONE app Open the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play Store (Android). Search for "ONE: Workouts & Fitness Plans" and tap Download. The logo is below.
2. Open the app and tap 'Log In'
Once installed, open ONE and tap Log In. Do not create a new account, your existing FIIT account works here, ensure you use the same email address.
3. Choose how to log in
You'll see two options on the login screen, pick whichever suits you:
Log in with password
Enter your FIIT email address and password. If you used Google or Apple Sign-In before, tap that option instead.
Send me a quick login link
Tap this and ONE will email you a one-tap link that logs you in automatically. Read the note below before using this option.
⚠ Using the quick login link? Delete the FIIT app first
The link will arrive in your inbox. If you still have the FIIT app installed on your phone, tapping the link may open FIIT instead of ONE, this is a known issue.
Fix: delete the FIIT app from your phone first, then tap the link. It will open ONE and log you in automatically.
4. You're in, welcome to ONE!
Your profile, full workout history, and active subscription will be right there waiting for you.
Still having trouble? Try these steps:
Make sure you're using the same email address you registered with on FIIT.
If you signed in with Google or Apple, tap that button on the login screen.
Tap 'Forgot Password' to reset your password, you'll receive a reset link by email.

What happens to the FIIT app?
The FIIT app is no longer available in the US App Store or Google Play Store. If you still have it installed, it may continue to work for a while, but you won't receive updates or new content.
We recommend switching to ONE to stay up to date.
Your data is stored on our servers, not on your device, so you can safely delete the FIIT app without losing anything.
