What is ONE?
ONE is our new fitness app for US members. It's the same product you know from FIIT, rebranded for the US market. Your account, workout history, and subscription all carry over.
Why has FIIT been rebranded to ONE?
As part of a legal settlement, we've rebranded the FIIT app for the US market under the name ONE. Everything about the product and content stays the same, it's just a new name.
Is ONE a completely different app or the same as FIIT?
It's the same product. The backend, content, and your account data are all identical. We've simply created a separately branded app for US members.
Account & Login
Do I need to create a new account?
No. Log in with your existing FIIT email and password (or via Google / Apple Sign-In if that's what you used). Do not create a new account.
Will my workout history be there?
Yes, your full workout history carries over automatically. Nothing is lost. As long as you use the same email that was on your FIIT account.
I can't log in, what should I do?
Ensure you are using the same email address from your FIIT account.
On the login screen you have two options: enter your password, or tap 'Send me a quick login link' to receive a one-tap link by email.
If they're you're using the quick login link and it's not working or is opening the FIIT app instead of ONE, the fix is to delete the FIIT app from your phone, then tap the link again. (Deleting the FIIT app won't affect your data)This will then open ONE correctly.
I tapped the login link in my email but it's not working / it opened the wrong app.
⚠ Known issue: If tapping the magic link opens the FIIT app instead of ONE, the fix is to delete the FIIT app from your phone first, then tap the link again. If the problem persists please contact support - [email protected]
Subscriptions & Billing
Does my subscription carry over to ONE?
Yes, for the vast majority of members. If you subscribe via Stripe or pay directly through our website, your subscription is automatically active in ONE, no action needed.
I subscribe via Apple/Google Play (in-app purchase). What happens to my subscription?
The FIIT app is being removed from the US App Store, so renewal may be affected. If it lapses, your subscription will appear as free in ONE and receive a prompt to resubscribe. A grace period applies, we're monitoring this closely and will reach out proactively if needed.
The FIIT App
Can I still use the FIIT app?
The FIIT app has been removed from the US App Store and Google Play. If the you still have it installed it may continue to function for now, but you won't receive updates or new content. We recommend switching to ONE.
Will I lose my data if I delete the FIIT app?
No. Account and workout data live on our servers, not on the device. You can safely delete FIIT and log into ONE without losing anything as long as you use the same email address that was on the FIIT account.
I received an email about ONE but I'm not a US member, do I need to do anything?
No. The rebrand is US-only. If you are outside the US should continue using FIIT as normal, nothing changes for you.
